Three-Stage Quality Control System
Quality is not inspected in — it's built in at every stage. Our QC system catches defects at their source rather than at the end of the line, saving time, materials, and reputation.
Pre-Press Inspection (Pre-Flight)
Resolution verification (≥300 DPI), CMYK color mode confirmation, bleed check (3mm all edges), font embedding/outline verification, imposition accuracy. We flag every issue before a single plate is made — preventing 100% of file-origin defects.
On-Press Monitoring
First-sheet sign-off (Press OK), continuous ink density and color consistency monitoring, registration accuracy checks, real-time defect detection. Color targets are maintained within tight tolerances across the entire run — copy #1 matches copy #5,000.
Post-Press Verification
Trim accuracy (±0.5mm), binding integrity (pull-test for perfect binding, lay-flat for sewn), surface condition (no scratches, scuffs, or blemishes), page sequence check, shrink-wrap and cartoning quality. Every book or a statistically valid sample is inspected before shipment.

First sheet must be physically signed off before the full run begins. Color targets, registration, and image quality are all verified against the approved proof. No exceptions.
Statistical Sampling
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling per international standards. Critical defects = zero tolerance. Minor defects < 1.5%. Every batch statistically validated before release.
Full Traceability
